Introduction to PRIME Society

PRIME Society is a global, nonprofit federation that believes governance can — and must — be reinvented to meet the challenges of the 21st century. We bring together leaders, researchers, ambassadors and communities around a shared mission: Innovation for a Poverty-Free Future.

The five principles of PRIME

• Purpose — every initiative, tool and policy is anchored to a clear, measurable purpose.
• Results — success is defined by outcomes, not effort.
• Innovation — interoperable, decentralized solutions that allow societies to evolve.
• Measurement — every policy is testable, observable and improvable.
• Empirical — decisions are guided by data and evidence, not opinion or tradition.

What we do

We design and curate open standards, frameworks and reference implementations — the PRIME Tools — that communities, governments and organizations can adopt to build resilient, transparent and purpose-driven systems. From taxation and voting to constitutional design and urban planning, the toolkit is a living, growing library of ways to do governance better.
